  • All products are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly to offer an alternative, backorder option, or full refund.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice due to exchange rate changes, supplier costs, or clerical errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

  • Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD), direct bank transfer, or supported online payment gateways. Full clearance of payment (or COD verification) is required before or upon release of goods.

4. Orders and Verification

  • Once you submit an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

  • We reserve the right to verify customer details and contact numbers via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatching equipment. Unverified or unresponsive orders may be canceled.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan via reputable courier services and logistics providers.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier operations, weather, strikes, or regional transit issues are outside our direct control.

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to your provided shipping address. Please inspect parcels upon arrival before signing off with the courier.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations

  • Inspection upon Arrival: You must inspect the package upon receipt. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video proof.

  • Return Conditions: Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original manufacturer packaging, and complete with all manuals, accessories, batteries, and chargers.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items damaged through misuse, improper electrical voltage connection, wear and tear, or unauthorized repair attempts are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Once an order is handed to the courier, standard return and return-shipping terms apply.

7. Warranty and Maintenance

  • Specific tools carry manufacturer warranties where explicitly stated on the product page.

  • Warranty claims cover manufacturing defects only. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from drops, overload, water damage, improper voltage/phase usage, poor maintenance, or third-party tampering.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending tools to our service facility or authorized service centers for warranty assessment.
