Yes. Every product image on our site shows the actual model you’ll receive, with the accessories listed in the description. If a tool comes in a case or with extra blades, discs or batteries, that’s stated on the product page nothing is implied by the photo alone.
Every tool we sell is genuine stock sourced through proper channels, and comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. If a tool develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us and we’ll guide you through the claim.
Yes. If you’re a builder, contractor or workshop buying regularly or in volume, get in touch and we’ll quote you directly. Repeat customers get better rates than the listed prices.
It varies by model. Some are sold as complete kits with battery and charger, others as bare units for people who already have the platform. The product page states which you’re getting — and if you’re unsure, call us before ordering.
Unused tools in their original packaging can be returned within our returns window. Tools that have been used on site can’t be returned for a change of mind, but if there’s a genuine fault we’ll sort it out under warranty.
